was born and raised in small-town eastern Washington, and graduated from Ritzville High School. He attended University of Puget Sound and Community Chapel Bible College. He started his plumbing career in 1972 as an apprentice in new construction, later took a 12-year hiatus as a Christian pastor, then returned to full-time plumbing when he formed Langford Plumbing in 1989.

Fred personally manages the business, and is ultimately accountable for the results of every project. Fred lives in Redmond, WA with his wife Rosemary and their daughter Celia.
Owner Fred Langford
joined the company in 1993 as an apprentice. After first sampling other trades – painting, roofing, concrete finishing – he chose a career in plumbing, and Greg became a plumbing journeyman in 1996. He and his wife Kristi live in Kenmore, WA with their children, Kiersten and Paul.

We take care of our employees, most of whom have been with our company for between five and 20 years..
